We understand that sometimes things just don't work out and that you may have to send us something back. Here is the fine print:

• Merchandise is returnable within 30 days of receipt.

• You will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.

• Custom sizes may not be returned!

You must first call us at 1-800-654-5140 to obtain an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) from our customer service department. Returns without RMA#'s will be refused. Your return should be sent back to us via an insured, traceable method like FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
